Subdue your obnoxious cellmates using your bare hands, the shiv, the taser, and the cinder block.
Push R rapidly to melee.
The shiv is faster and deadlier than bare hands. A quick stick to the kidney will remind people who's boss.
Use the taser to temporarily stun your rival, then maul him from behind while he stands helpless. What happens in prison stays in prison.
Toss a cinder block to immediately put someone's lights out.
(Note: You can only throw it when wielding the taser or shiv.)
