Since I consider myself in training for parkour, I've started working out. I decided that I'd start with push ups and situps, because they excersize some core muscles, and are pretty basic.

First Day

40 Situps
22 Push Ups

I didn't consider it bad, since it was the first time that I'd tried working out in like a year.

Second Day

109 Situps
22 Push Ups

I was sorta confused, because the first day I could get out 40 situps before tiring, and today, I got through 109. Yet, with push ups, I was able to do like, the same amount.
Just goes to show how my upper body strength is terrible, and always has been. I plan to change that.

(It's Parkour)

I once did a essay on parkour for my P.E. class, so awesome! You certainly need some major strength, don't wannta go jumping off buildings as skin and bones... you'll have only skin left afterwards! Not many places here for me to try those sadly )=

Me and some buddy's bought Rock Band yesterday and stayed up all night playing it

What's the difference between Rock Band and Guitar Hero?
Edit: I looked up the accessories and it looks like Rock band comes with a guitar, drum set, and microphone.

Questions:
WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE SO EXPENSIVE!?!?
How is the microphone used?
Can you use sticks on the drum set?

We got our pack for less than $200 so I do not think it very expensive considering.

I have not played guitar hero so I cannot really make a comparison there

The microphone is used normally; you sing with it to the tune, and need to hit the right notes while doing it. I find it easier to just hum and concentrate on my vocal pitch so I get the most points

Yes you can use sticks on the drums, you need to really. I would recommend using pro-sticks though since the sticks that come with are crap

My computer has been incredibly slow lately and somehow...IT'S BACK! I am very very happy to see my computer working at it's normal capacity. This weekend should eb excellent as well.

Progress on my mod.

i completed a spiker model and started on a spartain laser

but i suck at grouping and need a good UV mapper ... *cough *cough DoorM4n

i Finally got photoshop and now i gots steam and half life 2, lost coast, death match, portal, team fortress 2, Day of defeat, Garrys Mod, Counter Strike half life 2 mods and i keep beating my dad at command and conquer plus he got annoyed because i used 31 gigs of our usage last month lol
