I got
Paint.Net recently...and this is what I can up with after random clicking
One great thing about Paint.Net is that it can save DDS files >_>

It's pretty good. Except, there's a lack of depth in Vortex 2. Like, in vortex1, you can actually 'see' down the vortex. In vortex2, I don't get that impression.
