SCNR Selecter

Use this for when you have more than one scnr in a map, to choose which one is loaded by the game.
Note: Entity just uses the first scnr it finds for the sbsp viewer...

no, the Scnr ID is stored in the Index.

Edit: premature celebration, i cant get it to work, it could be a problem on my end.

If i duplicate the SCNR in a map i can swith it, but if i build in an edited one this app wont open the map.
