Why not set a static IP? It only takes about 5 minutes to set it and forward the right ports, then when your done you can just set it back to dynamic. I prefer setting a static IP on my systems so I can identify then on my network easier.

Because I never got it to work and I shouldn't have to set up a static ip if I never needed to in the past.

Shouldnt need to setup static, have u tried forwarding port 30000 (of course)? or try to use port "0" for kai in config?

Not everyone has DLC so place the maps in the maps folder. Only the host needs the mainmenu patch. Everyone else will load even if the map slots don't line up.

Beware the wrath of Cougar when you quote so much :XP:

I would play but Kai never works for me and even if it did, it would lag like hell with me playing.

It didn't really lag too much. It was really fun, but the maps weren't the best. it would have been fun to do Nightwinder, Soccer Mounds, Zentation, and perhaps the latest build of Floodout II. :)

Hahaha, that was fun, but I wish we had more people show up: we never really had enough people to play team games. The end turned into a pit of modding.

Everyone vote. One vote per Asterisk difference.

I was wondering why there were two Grimdoomers at one point Grim... That sucks. Do you have Teamspeak?

I have a better idea for the maps, get the patched mainmenu... (with the DLC stuff) 'cause bunshit's updates sucks

I do recommend to do not include Halomods, because its full of n00bs that maybe asked somewhere "Hey, haw teh fukc meh can apply teh darn serenity patchz, becaus3 i juzt dr00ped 0ff frum se7ensins"

...? Did you vote?

I have the patched Main menu...?

Also, about not specifying the Time Zone, I did that atleast three times throughout the thread and in the Main post.

*I guess I won't vote.
