I felt it was unclear whether you are saying that the expected date that you will have more Zunes to ship would be April 1st, or if that was the date the Zune is expected to arrive in the Canadian marketplace? If you could clear up that piece of information I will contact you with how I wish to proceed as soon as possible.

We want to provide you with a status update on our progress to date. As
of today, we have rectified 93% of the warehouse mix-up that has resulted
in the delay of you receiving your Microsoft Zune 80GB. As communicated
previously, the process to rectify the issue is manual which is why it?s
taking longer than anticipated. Based on our customer feedback, customers
are receiving their units and happy with the outcome of our continued communication.

During our investigation, we uncovered a significant inventory issue resulting

in Internet Explorer, everything is extremely low detailed, and looks like everything was made in MS Word >_>, without any icons/skin.

in Firefox, there's a terrible font.

what was the maintenance team doing? fix this damn html, please. >_>

Nobody use Internet Explorer on this site until it's fixed. It's absolutely terrible.
