After playing Rockband for a while I now want to learn drums too.

2) I'm learning guitar, sorta. It's actually a bit easier that I thought it'd be. That, or I'm not yet at a very difficult part. It just takes a bit of practice.
Especially when trying to shift from fret to fret, timing and coordination seems a bit difficult to get down, but overall, it's pretty fun.

Lol, the book I'm learning from has been teaching tabs. So I've not yet learnt chords.

The guitar is a... Yamaha F-35.

Electric, I assume. I know how to read tabs but I can't understand notes. I'm studying songs that I enjoy listening to and learning from there. Whenever I try to learn from a book, I get bored and quit playing. Learning from my favorite songs makes me enjoy playing way more. I don't know notes at all, hopefully that doesn't come back to haunt me

This summer should prove to be interesting.

1) Askin' that girl out.
And if she refuses...

1) I'm gonna start working out some more. Running, swimming, weights and that kind of stuff.
2) Iron Man, the movie, has inspired me to get into physics, calculus, and rather complicated subjects of science, so I may try to learn a little bit. Maybe go over my Chemistry and Math books some more, so I can get a solid understanding of what I am already supposed to know.
3) Trying to learn the guitar. Start a band, mbmb? Naw, not really. Well... if the opportunity presents itself, and if I'm good enough.
4) I've so far postponed my learning of C# due to studying for exams, so I'll be taking that back up during the summer.

So, I'll be a ripped(muscle-wise) genius that can play the guitar. After that, I think she'd go out with me

Sounds like a genuine plan. Girls like guys with future plans to benefit themselves. She will totally dig you fo sho.

I have found out my path as well today.

1) This summer, attempt as many volunteer programs that my schedule can fill.
---A) Continue my guitar journey and get as much experience as possible
---B) Start my Rosetta Stone journey. Learn as much Spanish as I can.
---C) Go to Church Camp, then Graceland University SPEC event, then 311 Concert in Austin on Aug. 2nd.
2) Fill out Application for Graceland University for Spring term.
3) Finish my final term of High School. Graduate in December.
4) Send in my application for UT Austin in month of December.
5) Go to Graceland University in Spring term.
6) Come home for Spring Break and go to a beach (not official)
7) Summer of 2009 go home and get a job that will take up my entire schedule. Get as much money as possible.
8) Go to UT Austin in Fall term. Be with my girlfriend up at that college.
9) Major in Political science and get an internship. Earn my future...
10) Summer of 2010. (Status: Unknown)


This is my ideal future. I am going to work and do whatever I need to get into UT Austin and be with my girlfriend. Pray this happens just as I plan.

Yeah, planning that goes farther than a year doesnt seem to sync well

Heres mine, not really future plan, more like future accomplishments

-Learn SolidWorks, ZBrush, Uni-Graphics, a bit of C#, and re-learn AutoCAD
-Model a bit with AutoCAD so im not totally rusty
-Get married in 2yrs
-Be financially stable
-Get jobs at gameStop and RadioShack (yeah, wierd, eh? )
-Get a new PC this fall (2008)
-Get more into webpage coding
-Make a map pack of Halo Strike once the project is complete :p

The only reason she is 800mi away is bc she moved out of her grandparents house bk in Jan due to family issues and went to live with her mom and stepdad in NE.

But its ok, i see her about every 2 1/2 mths, which is right in between school semesters
