It drops down averagely... once every few weeks, I'd say.

But it usually stays down for a few days.

I suspect it'll be back up soon. Probably not today... but soon.

The ads weren't covering the cost of the old server, so Gren had to switch to an inferior one.

It's just a minor inconvenience.
