Need some mobo help...

Ive been reading through mobo, video card, and processor reviews all night just to see what the best and hopefully easiest new pc alternative.

I dont want this to turn into an AMD vs Intel or ATI vs NVidia thread.

I have chosen to get the AMD Phenom x4 9850 Black Edition for a processor along with an ATI Radeon HD 3000 or 4000 series, all depends on what happens from now to about October.

Ok, about the mobo, ive noticed a few things...

The AMD 790FX is paired with the SB600, but yet the AMD 780G is paired with the SB700, some say the 780 performs better with the 700, others say opposite.

I have looked through THIS page.

Im hoping someone can help me with this, here is what im kinda looking for in a mobo...

# Supports 9850BE well
# FSB: 2600MHz Hyper Transport (5200 MT/s)
# Maximum Memory Supported: 16GB
# Memory Standard: DDR2 1066
# PCI Express 2.0 x16: 1 or 2
# Good overclocking abilities

Thx for all whom help me...

EDIT: FYI, im planning to run xp pro 64 on this :D

why would you use a 64bit OS? when nearly all programs are for 32bit and therefore wont work with 64bit?

I think this mobo will do just fine: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6813128339

The only thing it doesn't have is 16gigs of ram support. But come on, 8gigs should be plenty.
