Problem With Xbox

Having this problem recently with my Xbox while i'm playing a game this will happen to the screen:
Anyone know if this is to do with it overheating? because my Xbox hasn't has RROD or any problems yet and I think it's due for one.
If the picture is too big I will resize.

The picture lacks a bit in quality but it looks like some kinda red static.
Does it do this when in the menu of a game and why playing or just playing?
How long does it normally take for this to happen?

Nevermind I figured it out the av cord is completely stuffed have to get new ones.

That was my first thought. It looked like my monitor when I got caught on the VGA cable.

Turns out it wasn't the AV cords it happens with the HDMi cable as well so I have to get it sent in
2 month's without my xbox. Or take it into Noel Lemmings where I brought it and hopefully get it traded in.
