Remnantmods

I've been having a hell of a time trying to remove the falling snow/background snow breezes on Lockout. I'm trying to import the skybox from The Arbiter to Lockout, and it doesn't look good with the snow falling. I've done everything I could think of, even tried looking through old forums posts. No luck.

Here's what I've tried

• Nulling out each dependency in weather (it makes the skybox disappear and everything is just white)

• Nulling out/deleting the actual weather tag (did nothing)

• Changing the bitmaps of the snow flakes, the fog, etc to something else to purposely corrupt the bitmaps

• Nulling out the fog tag

• Poked around the scenario dependencies

I am at a loss for words. I would think this is an easy thing to mod. Why is this difficult for no reason.

Try going to the weather palette block in the bsp tag, and nulling the weather system and wind tag references.
