You should do what I did, get an in-store warranty.

I personally cannot and will not wait 2-4 weeks for my system to come back. I can just take mine to the store and take home a new one same day.

I bought my 360 at a Fry's Electronics and bought a $50 two-year warranty to go along with it. This way you just walk in, give them your busted system (minus the HDD) and walk out with a new one.
I still have another year left! (^.^) And even if my system craps out after the 2 year period, I will still have another year left on the standard warranty.

But after doing this you may need to call up 1-800-MY-XBOX and have your account linked to the console otherwise you may get fucked over like Jackson did with his DLC.

I was wondering when my PC arrvied and my roomate thought it was supposed to come today. So i asked him for the mailbox key, i opened the door and there was a note that fell off, it was from UPS. 3 Packages delivered, they were sent to the apartment office.

MY PC IS HERE!!!!!!
