Too lazy, and stop being such a fucking cry baby, fuck, I could almost post that in the rant thread.

Lol....which is what I was trying to counteract :XD:

EDIT: (because Jackson is so anal about that...)
The rant thread is only winning by 2 posts (hooray!)
but come on...

Is that really a legit rant? LOL
I think someone just wants to keep the rant thread in the lead

Well, I'd say overall the transformation was a success at Halomods.

Even though the conversion went without any sort of consulting and the result is extremely buggy, the forum has allot more activity.
First time in months I've seen every single parent forum lit up with new posts.

But wasn't the whole point of change to spawn more activity? If so, they definitely succeeded; the site's activity has sky-rocketed as to before.

But the new leadership ... I don't like it.

In terms of spawning activity? Yes, it succeeded.

But it being successful, overall? As in, the transition, how well it was accepted by the public, new leadership, etc.
It failed.

I posted my thoughts in there like/dis-like thread.
Me/I wrote:I like the new front page and how you can submit mods for advertising.
And the forum needed upgrading to phbBB3, I hated the old system, though, you should try getting a new skin and have it so people can have a choice between the current and the one here index.php I think it is subsliver2 or something...
might make some people stop bitching, though, they may never stop.

Also, I would like to ask you how you guys up graded from phpbb2 to pbpbb3, I have been trying to find out how for a friend.

Thanks and good luck with halomods.

And what is wrong with forums regarding other mod-able engines/games?
And really, I don't care who the staff are, as long as they do a good job and are not crazy with power.

I think the question is, will they ever release something to be able to mod, oh yes I think they just forgot a little detail, that is supposed to be a modding website :XD:

So, are we remnant or are we only the beginning?

If you go by the name "remnant" it means;
1 a: a usually small part, member, or trace remaining b: a small surviving group —often used in plural2: an unsold or unused end of piece goods

So I doubt we are the beginning, more like the end...
