I am going to buy the disk drive for my diode. My dad said he supports:
Now I'm getting paid a little money for things my parents ask me to do. I've raised about $10 now and when I clean my room, I'm probably going to get closer to $21.

Why not just get it out of a walkman or old dvd player.Click16 wrote:I am going to buy the disk drive for my diode. My dad said he supports:He supports building things at home!Click16 wrote:Anyone could go and buy a laser pointer. I want to say "I made this myself."

Wow you get paid for cleaning your own room?
What is gonna happen when you'll have your own home, besides, motivation to clean your room shouldn't be money

It should be out of necessity, when it gets so messy that it must be cleaned for you to use it...neodos wrote:motivation to clean your room shouldn't be money

Re: The Official Happiness Thread
I still don't see the point in cleaning my room at all...
Maybe dusting every once in awhile, and getting clothes off the floor for laundry...
So, basically only for health reasons... otherwise I don't see the point.

Same here, unless I need to for my organizational purposes. That usually comes around every couple of months. I've never really been required to clean my room. What's nice is that my room is really big so it takes a lot for it to look really messy.Aumaan Anubis wrote:I still don't see the point in cleaning my room at all...

I rearrange my room to fit new hacking/modding/gaming needs every once in a while. It's kinda cool to move your furniture about evey half a year or so.OwnZ joO wrote:Same here, unless I need to for my organizational purposes. That usually comes around every couple of months. Don't delete all your backups, it's good to have your eeprom in case your HD fails.

Thats why modchips are win. You can hotswap and drive from a broken xbox with an intacted eeprom into your chiped box and restore it.

Re: The Official Happiness Thread
What? If what you're suggesting is what I think it is then no you can't do that. I'm not talking about screwing up the files on your xbox, I'm talking about your hard drive failing and not having the eeprom. You can't hotswap a drive that no longer works. You could fix it by buying a chip and new hard drive though.Grimdoomer wrote:Thats why modchips are win. Thats not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about screwing up the files. But you can unlock it without an eeprom. There are various sites that will do it remotly and there are a couple master password for seagate and WD that have been reported to work.OwnZ joO wrote:What?
