What I find funny is that in the cut scene you crash on the opposite side of the crash site when you spawn.

It's the border to the target dummies he modeled.

Maybe try attaching the other model parts through the hlmt.

Though at first I thought an [hlmt] edit was ridiculous, penguin, it turns out the answer was in that tag.

I didn't know you had to add Model Variation chunks to the [hlmt] as well for third person models.

*Edit:
Ugh. UVs got messed with when exporting. There's the obvious, and the lights don't show up. Plus, no metal texture. Oh well, still cool.

Wat.

I think I'll need your help to get this model in-game without fucking the UVs, and to make this target work. :P

Back when I first offered, I fixed the UVs, mesh, and scale of them based on Halo 3 Forge screen shots I took.[1][2]

I even rigged the machine, but I had an issue, the activation sphere is linked to the main node, which is the one that is animated.
So have to be X distance away to activate it, but you must futher away for it to go back down. And I couldn't animate Node 1 because I would have to use attachments and thus more tags.
So I started searching through I_F's and Grims whitepapers for Node information.

So in reality it was your Brute Target that made me search, not Doom's AR.

You didn't know that? That's actually been known for quite a while. Bungie just figured "Fuck it, they won't find it".

I knew that for a while, i just decided to post now. there are MANY eggs in halo 2. I love how bungie thought that it wouldn't be possible for us to find them. majority of the eggs people find are without modding. actually.... ALL eggs are found without modding. (I just used Yelo to make it faster)

Yes it does. The grey of the bitmap creates transparency. It's faint ingame because it's supposed to look like someone scratched it into the wall.

Haha the water wall? I found that years ago while wondering around the outside of the map. The texture looks kinda like a bird to me. Although i believe its just the ground texture for that part of the map, but scaled down and tilled :)

I'll have to look again. I looked at that spot once, but saw nothing. Never seen the water wall before either. cool.
