It amazes me that entity can't even inject a fucking bitmap. I make a mod like once every two years, and I can't finish it because I can't inject a texture.

Comcast helpline technicians are so fucking useless. I have yet to get one who can say anything remotely useful beyond "I am getting good readings from your modem".

A tech I was just talking to said she was getting a good connection from my modem, which at the time was still powering up and wasn't even done connecting to the cable network. >_>

Today, every 1-3 minutes my connection would completely stop for about 30 seconds. Which is really helpful in a LIVE match.

I restart my modem and network only to have the issue continue so I call the helpline.
As usual one of the first questions is regarding my network setup. After telling them I have two routers they immediately assume they are the cause because nothing is ever Comcast's fault.

So after some discussions I connect the computer to the modem, plug the modems power back in. It takes 45 seconds longer to connect to the cable network then normal. (normally 5 seconds to connect)
During this time the tech tells me she is receiving a good connection from the modem and is surprised when I tell her that it's not even done starting up.
("Cable" light still flashing fast, showing that the network is there but no connection has been made)

When it connects I turn on the PC, I test a few pages. The browser idles for about 30 seconds then loads the page with no delay and pages continue to load fast.
Then 4 pages fail to connect, then they start loading again.

The tech wants me to "stress test" the connection for the next hour. Wtf am I supposed to stress? It still cuts out every other minute, proving that it's not the network.

Here's what you do, you drop comcast on it's face and go with a better service. I feel bad for people who don't have better ISP's to choose from, because then comcast gets even worse with their service because they don't have anyone to get ideas from.

BTW, is holding your hand at about your waste making an OK sign while moving it up and down the national "I want weed" sign? I swear so many people walk over to me asking for weed while they do that motion.

Sounds like pneumonia, except when I had it, I got over the migraines because I didn't feel like putting up with them. Everything else isn't as bad when your head doesn't feel like asplodin.

Rant: As I made that post above, the up time was slowly decreasing and shortly after making that post, my internet went down altogether .

My dad called them back and the guy told us there were some repairs being done. Now my internet came back and so far I haven't seen it cut out.

haha Every time i get sick i smoke a shit ton. It gives me my appetite back and knocks my ass out so my body can rest.
Pot is the best cure all remedy!
