I have gotten all of the Achievements in Call of Duty 4 except for Mile High Club. That I've considered to be a massive pain in my ass to get through.
Tonight I played through it on Hardened a couple times, then tried on Veteran just once and got to the hostage with 0.1 seconds left.

The IR reciever in my TV started to not to respond to remote signals a couple days ago. Basically about 5 minutes after it is turned on, it stops responding to the remote.
So last night I opened the TV up and pulled out it's circuit board, found that the connections looked fine but resoldered them anyway.
Now it works fine again even though the connections didn't look broken. I guess it's another case of shit fixing itself.
