You know, my friend told me that it's really sorta' annoying when he's depressed and people make jokes and act happy in front of him to try to cheer him up, when he's clearly depressed, but he's too depressed to say anything about how awkward and annoying they're being.

And since that's exactly what I do when someone's depressed... I have no idea what to do in this situation.

Similarly, when someone is very pissed off, and people try to "cheer them up" other than sex it doesn't cheer them up, it's annoying as hell; and makes them want to kill someone. not..that..I'm speaking from experience or anything
but yeh, notzach you might as well have said in the original post what was wrong, rather than leave us hanging.. hope you weren't planning on keeping it to yourself, in which case why would you have posted it in the first place...
