Ill send over the map and objs when I get the chance.
Its more the model than the shader. Shaders do play a very important role though.
Once I get the current build of Vibrance is up to my concept standards, Ill be writing tutorials and editing shaders might be a tad easier  .

Great, that sounds very good. The sooner the better for me. Everything I'm doing is working out well, and my main problem is this shader issue. I'll look for your pm.

With models its simply breaking each flt surface because smoothing is shit.
Here's my process:
Model/uv in 3ds
Break off flat surfaces(in editable poly its detach iirc, not home not sure)
Export to obj
Open in misfit 3d, and check smothing
Then save using misfit
Inject

So I got the smooth/textured feature working in Vibrance.
Game freezes for like 3 seconds, then updates to the selected type. It freezes so it doesn't lock the xbox.
I had the sky nulling, but I had issues with it, I don't see a reason for the sky being nulled in smooth anyway.

Oh okay, excellent. What do you recommend on shaders, though?

Btw, those pictures look incredible man! Keep up the work!

Idk man you just gotta edit em time they look good.

I added a stream to Vibrance, like the one in yelo neighborhood. Many more ideas to to put into code. Don't expect much soon. Better shit to do than Halo 2 ;/

I think changing the shadow bias tap in the [ligh] settings to 3 will give you softer shadows. Need to test more to confirm.

So Ive been trying to get the rocket pods to get working...

Image

Had to look at how the scorpion worked :/

Boost was too fast on the pelican, so I thought I should seperate the turrets...

Image

R for chaingun, L for rockets.

Image

Chaingun swivels a bit to where you are looking in the pelican, the rockets somewhat move. They mostly point to where the wings go, so quick air-raids are easy. They also swivel a little bit to the left and right, not too much.

Nothing big, but I havent posted many mods... ever :p

Looks neat Alpha, heh; one time I ripped a rocket pod off the pelican, flipped it and threw it on top of a Wraith.

Hehe, I didn't want to show anything worth really looking at yet. I will soon though. I was just testing rotational shit and I had a bunch of models that were within my models that were not supposed to be present. All in all, I was just posting a random photo of my testing because it looked so messed up. :XD:

Awesome pelican btw!

I had a few ideas. I could find a mecha head and set it as an attachment to the MC, laser eye battle?

Or I could add a lot of air vehicles, mesh up a base in onyx (that would take me forever), and make a war map?

Ideas ideas ideas...

I have no idea what happen to my post.

Back when we were making wake island, we had the idea of doing a tank wars map. Something like mech assault.

I wouldn't like tank wars with the Scorpions, it's one shot kill, who ever gets a clear shot first wins.

I'd love tank wars it would have to be arced aiming and a slow rof, the turret proj could be switched for another arced proj (different arc) this one with both a really slow rof and projectile speed

As for the pelican could you not just jig the coffee table phmo ,the pelican looks like it could be represented with 3 phmo boxes, (leaving the driver to be crushed to death in a head on collision at speed) or maybe could you give it the phmo of the space caravan/trailer home on dune

.That thing in relic is sbsp scenery. Tank wars would be something that would have mutiple tanks with different designs weapons etc.

sbsp scenery oh yeah I went to look and forgot to edit my post

I have a working landmine for tank wars (counts as player kill, only uses 9 projectiles so less laggy than neodos')
