I was looking through the photography thread, and I saw a HUD done by NotZach, and inspired me to make something quite similar.

The health meter blocks' alphas should be changed, but I didn't do it yet. :P

Fantastic! I want it. Please post in the downloads section. You even did the elite, which customarily is neglected.

I don't know about this visor I made, I probably could change it, but I want to ask you guys what you think.

If you're wondering about the shape, here's a close up of MC's visor:

If you don't like it, it's fine. I don't know if I like it yet, but I'm asking for your opinions.

Dude, that looks awesome and really accurate. I love it! Would it be possible to put a curvature on it so it looks even more legit?

Cool idea and done decently, but it's too much visual clutter for me. I prefer the no-visor version. Please upload!

The ugly health doesn't match the ugly shield bar... You need to make that like 75-80% ugly opacity.
The ugly gradient needs to die.

I actually don't. Every girl that I could get with probably won't stay for long. Highschool relationships are a joke 99% of the time. So yea. [/offtopic]

Plus he doesn't need a black eye.

Click, I think you should make the visor more transparent, give it sharper edges and make it's color gray, not the color of the rest of the hud. Also if it was me I would remove the health bar, and make the gradient parts of the visor fade to red/black and become less transparent (if possible) as your health lowers, and then fade back when you gain health. I know other games do the same thing and you're trying to make it a little different but halo like, but it's much more pleasing to the eye instead of having a constant film of blue or pink on your screen.

You need to make something more original. Start a project. You have tons of abilities. You need to make a complete mod, unlike me you actually have the time.

The HUD is much better than your past work. I will give you that. Focus on QUALITY.

Lol

I like the visor, but the lines on the outer side of the visor wouldnt show up as blue in visor, maybe they would just be a darker shade of the visor color. As far as hud,and visor effects, ive always wanted to see someone make blood spats, or something in the visor when your shields down and health is critical. maybe fade vison to red if possible.

I never really played with that part of modding, but i bet you could pull something off.
