Re: The Official Rant Thread
The wisdom teeth stuff wasn't too bad, actually. I got over the anesthetic faster than my siblings did.
But my rant is how terrible the HaloMods server move has made HaloMods. Frequent downtimes and all that, it must be really a hassle for Gren and IF.

Well, I'm not getting a 404-ish error when I go to HM anymore.
Anubis, you're lucky. Your dental surgeon didn't dig too deep by "accident". >__>

A tornado came through my neighborhood, knocked out the power/internet for two days, damaged a lot of houses, and I couldn't do anything except wait...
But it is back on now, though.

Re: The Official Rant Thread
We are VERY lucky that no tree fell on our house. I live in a 102 year old house. It is an old Victorian. There is this one room where I keep the Xbox, laptop, etc and it has a leaky roof and we had major flooding. No to mention the basement. The basement flooded without the sunk pump turned on. But nothing serious.Rockymods wrote:Your house ok though?

Re: The Official Rant Thread
Sorry guys about not being so active on Remnant lately :p I have been very caught up in school exams right now :p
Let me just leave some messages for some of you all here;
Anubis ;..; Stop beating me in post count, its making me look bad. :p
Tural, you should make a small-scale mod with me for motm, we could totalies win ;..; (Not kidding)
Everyone else :p hope your all enjoying getting off school, either having done so already, or planning on doing it soon :p
To justify this post being in the rant thread I give you the following.
I have insomnia, on the night of my math final exam ;..;
It's very annoying, so I sit here listening to Disturbed and pondering Wake.
That's another thing: I cannot get Wake out of my head, it fills my thoughts.
Happiness thread time.

Jackson tells me to change my sig because its over 5 lines yet I see plenty of people who have sigs almost twice as long as mine.

+ My rant: I don't feel like doing most of the things I do anymore. ;_; I guess that's what happens on summer vacation when you have nothing interesting to do. If anybody has a good activity to do, let me know.

I can't technically name one because none of them are more then "Five Lines." But they do use up twice as many pixels as mine, Plus I don't want to start pointing out stupid rules that people break.

I never warn you; I rarely take action with enforcing rules. (Not saying you have a free license to break them, just that there are others watching out for such things).

Re: The Official Rant Thread
I have yet to find something that annoys me... Except when I but "por" into my addressbar I get a little paranoid
- They really should allow custom filters for that thing
But nothing else is bad about it that I can find. I even prefer the new download system over the popular add-on for firefox 2 everyone used.
The theme... its a bit too... toon and small, like the icons are a bit smaller then I would like and the space between them too big, all because of the back button: they should either have found a differn't back button, or made the rest of the bar controls fit better.
Anyways, explain your rant against it?

Re: The Official Rant Thread
Mainly, I dislike the look of it. It just doesn't appeal to me the way FF2 did. The address bar gets annoying. Fast.
Other than that, it has some nice features, and works nicely.
