Oh by the way, you might want to enable spell check on whatever website you made that on.

I do, and yo is a word for your information. Spell check doesn't correct your sentence when you type one word instead of another...
Don't snort the magic, we need it for the network.

Even if he did write the wrong word it's not really that hard to understand what he was trying to say...

Did you make that?

EDIT: I just noticed that Xbox logo at the bottom. Is some sort of concept for Halo 2?

Looks like he made a concept HUD and imposed it onto a old promotional render.

Fixed up the bitmaps, removed the blurriness from the mask, repositioned so it's inline with the grenades, and edited the gradients on the meters. Also made an orange HUD to see what it would be like...

I don't like changing the colors too much. Here is the blue w/ visor.

If I had the patience... I could make some maps for Halo2x. But hell, I can't even put out a map in the engine that I know the best(though that isn't because of a lack of skill... it's more like the lack of proper planning).

Can you do something scifi for once? I looks nice, needs shadows though.

Good job... Look into baking lighting with 3ds max. Use the baked bitmap as defuse, stone as detail then tile the bump for the stone.

Here we go! You are so ambitious and thorough with your mods. Best of luck to you. I recall someone rigging the hinged platform from Zanzibar (you shoot the explosive to release the platform that goes to the center of the windmill) as a catapult. That would probably be easier with the tools at hand now. Sort of like a man cannon on demand.

I'm eager to see what you come up with.

Nah man, sci-fi was one of the most prominent themes in halo 2 modding. I wanna shake it up a bit.

Image

I gotta figure out how to get some shadowing. I have the hinge light spawned and made it real time shadow in this pic but no luck on the shadows. Any ideas anyone?

Also, this is going to be a very small slc map to use some of the weapons in Tortuga. It's going to be SLC and foundation based. I'm not going to go all out, but I'll make it a decent map to play, hopefully.

Also, if you have every played castle2castle or thin_air for Halo PC/CE, you will know where I'm getting my inspiration. It is a small arena map meant for some gameplay with new weapons.

TBZ, please post your old mods! I want the one with all the tartarus brutes jumping around hammering things, and the one where you made blocks spin with your initials. Cool stuff that was never released.
