To be honest, I had a small feeling that it was a joke, seeing as you said, "Unless your the first one," therefore making yourself the person who should've gotten RCed, since you pretty much(but not directly) referred to yourself as the #1 poster.

Anyway, I would not do anything that I expect would get me permanently banned from HaloMods. That site takes up a full 1/4 of my time, and yes, that's almost literal.

And Tural, I'll just consider it tough love.

Posted leaked Halo 3 information in the Halo 3 modding thread, as well as made a whole new thread to post the leaked information despite at least three posts in giant red letters saying that it was absolutely unacceptable. In addition, front page stories from Grenadiac and Nick clearly explained that this would not be tolerated from anyone.

Several off-topic, pointless replies.
He was RC'd twice, two different times, for posts in this thread even after he was directly told to stop.

And here is another problem. He is directly posting an off-topic (Because it is not a "funny" conversation) reply, as well as directly instigating problems with the staff, as well as coming excessively close to the flaming line.

Nobody would ever get this many chances. He's broken very serious rules way, way too many times. Why is this acceptable? The answer: it isn't. This is completely unacceptable behavior. He is doing nothing but causing problems, on purpose.

Let's recap:
Leaking Halo 3 information, despite being warned directly several times. (Two times)
Spamming after being warned. (Four times)
Flaming/arguing with staff and directly starting arguments and fights. Going out of his way to make the staff angry. (Four times)
Ban evading.
He's been RC'd three times. More than enough chances to stop causing so many problems.

This is more than enough for any member to be banned. None of this is tolerable behavior on any grounds, at all.
