the LED's are most likely in series. If you unsolder the anode or cathode, the whole array would turn off. If not, just unsolder each one one-by-one.socrates wrote:My webcam arrived today

Well they could be soldered to the board, but still, if its hooked up that negative is attached to the next one in line's positive lead, they are in series. not sure how I would do the switch though.. that would require me to cut the outer shell of the camera to make room for a switch to be accessible.... and idk if I can do that cleanly
